If you are willing to downgrade your iOS from IOS 7 to iOS 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 on iphone 5 you can do it until Apple is signing the current officially released iOS. iOS 7 has been announced by Apple is available to be downloaded for developers and reportedly some people without UDID or a developer account were able to update to iOS 7, the new version comes with over 100 new features that will make the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch even better and most of us would like to try this as soon as possible and as usual many will need to downgrade back to iOS 6.
You should do it in early days because if Apple stops signing the previous version you would not be able to downgrade from iOS 7 to iOS 6 even if you saved shsh blobs for A6 devices.
We also notify our visitors to not upgrade to ios 7 until they are confirm that there will a be a tool available to jailbreak iOS 7, otherwise you might need to wait for months if the evad3rs and other jailbreak teams would not be able to get hold of iOS 7 i.e. finding sufficient exploits for iOS 7 jailbreak or most probably ios 7.1 or 7.2 jailbreak.
