As you are aware that Google Chrome is now available on all iOS devices and you can download Chrome app from app store. But still you can not set it as default browser in place of Safari.

There is a good news for jailbreak community that a new tweak has been released by Ryan Petrich in his repository http://rpetri.ch/repo. The new tweak is called the BrowserChooser.

So it is very simple to set your default browser from Safari to Chrome. Just add the repo from Ryan Petrich and install the new tweak => Go to settings and just select your default browser in iOS.
