Rocky Raccoon 5.1.1 Untethered Jailbreak has been recently updated to jailbreak 5.1.1 untethered for the devices already having 5.1.1 tethered jailbreak. The new version also support jailbreak iPhone 4 5.1.1 with new ios 5.1.1 firmware build.

If you have already installed tethered jailbreak 5.1.1 and now you want to get the untethered 5.1.1 jailbreak, you do not need to install Absinthe 5.1.1 jailbreak or RedSn0w instead you can go to Cydia and search for Rocky Raccoon 5.1.1 Untethered and just install the package.

This package will allow your 5.1.1 device to reboot without requiring an external tool such as redsn0w.

As there are now two versions of iOS both called “5.1.1″ for iPhone 4 GSM, 1.0-2 was released to support both.

Apple released a new iPad 2 WiFi hardware that was difficult to jailbreak and same has been now supported by the latest version of Rocky Raccoon 1.0-3.

If your device relies on Rocky Racoon 5.1.1 Untethered for untethering i.e iPad 2, iPad 3 or iPhone 4S you can uninstall jailbreak by uninstalling Rocky Raccoon 5.1.1 untethered from your device.
